Shipping Information
Status Group is a UK based company and therefore all products will be dispatched from our UK address. Every order will be dispatched brand new with all relevant boxes, tags, papers etc. We carefully package our products by hand with added protection.
Bespoke Jewellery Orders
- Products are made to order in our Hatton Garden workshop and therefore delivery can take between 2 to 4 weeks from date of ordering.
- Once created we will dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm.
All Other Orders
- Orders will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 3pm.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only (excluding UK holidays).
- Shipping confirmation will be sent to the customers provided email address directly after dispatch.
UK Orders
Dispatched with Royal Mail via their Tracked or Special Delivery services. Insured and image on delivery.
- Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 on orders over £79.
- Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 on orders below £79.
- Paid delivery upgrade options available including Saturday Delivery.
European Orders
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders will be sent via express courier (tracked & insured).
- Orders will be delivered between 2 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday).
- Import fees are not included and will be at the customers expense at point of import.
International Orders
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders will be sent via express courier (tracked & insured).
- Orders will be delivered within 7 working days (Monday - Friday).
- Import fees are not included and will be at the customers expense at point of import.
Missing Orders
Although the vast majority of deliveries are successful and on-time. In the rare event of a delivery error / missing item, please contact us so we can send a replacement or open an investigation with the courier, once resolved we can provide a full refund/replacement.
