Returns and Refunds Policy


The customer has 28 days from delivery to return the watch to our HQ address, any return outside of this time frame will be declined. The form located on the packing slip must be included in order for us to identify the order.

To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same unused condition it was received in. All manufacturer seals and extras must be present and not tampered with.

Unless exchanging then return postage costs are at the customers expense. We recommend using an insured shipping service as returns are also at the customers own liability.

WatchStatus holds the right to refuse a return or give a partial refund if any of the above criteria is not met. 

Refunds (if applicable)          

Once the customers return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item and a decision result on whether we have approved or rejected the return.
If approved, then a full refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment, please allow up to 5 working days for the amount to appear in the account. On the other hand, if rejected we will send the item back to the customer at their own expense. 

We try to make the whole process as efficient as possible and we are also very understanding and like to create the chance for both us and our customer to walk away satisfied. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)          

We aim to process all returns within 24 hours and the amount should appear back in the customers account within 5 working days after this. If no refund email or amount has been received in this time period then please get in contact via email '' or  our Contact Form. Thank You
