Returns & Refunds Policy           

If you’re unhappy with your item for any reason, you can return it by the 15th of January 2022! No quibbles, no problem - providing the return must tick off the following reasonable conditions:

    Be unused and in its original packaging

    Manufacturer seals and any extras be present and untampered with

    Include the packaging slip form so we can identify your return

Sending it back to us

Unless exchanging the item, the cost of return postage needs to be covered by you. You can return your accessory using any service you wish, but a tracked and insured service is highly recommended (in the rare case your item gets lost or damaged, neither you nor we will be out of pocket.)

Important

- We reserve the right to refuse a return or give a partial refund if any of the above criteria are not met. If this is the case, we’ll contact you. 

- Items which are shipped but rejected on delivery will be charged a small restocking fee of £5. 

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received your item and inspected it against the conditions above, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether we accept or decline the return.

Accepted returns

We will issue a full refund (when applicable) via your original payment method which may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

In the odd case where we can only offer a partial refund, we’ll be in contact, and the repayment will be made within 5 working days.

Declined returns

We will contact you to explain our reasoning and the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Our top priority is to make the whole process as efficient and fair as possible – we’re an understanding and friendly team and will always try to make sure everyone walks away satisfied.

 

Late or missing refunds

We work hard to prevent any delays in refunding you by processing all returns within 24 hours of receipt (after which you should see the money within 5 working days).

However, since the world sometimes loves to hurl a volley of uninvited surprises at us humans, there is always the chance you could experience a delay.
